Project HairCare: Bringing mental health services to Black barbershops and salons
Getting your hair done can be a relaxing and even therapeutic experience. That's one reason why a program in the Denver metro called Project HairCare saw the opportunity to train barbers and stylists to help customers work through mental health challenges.
Jamal Murray Makes Donation to Project HairCare
The $25,000 donation is from UCHealth, which partnered with Jamal Murray to raise awareness for the program.
