About the event
Every year, Colorado Black Health Collaborative (CBHC) hosts an Annual Community Spring Forum to bring our Community together around something that impacts all of us, our health. Across Colorado, the Black Community continues to face serious health disparities, from higher rates of chronic disease due to limited access to quality health care. Too often, these issues go unspoken and unaddressed.
The Annual Community Spring Forum creates a space where we can expose the disparities, talk about them openly, and most importantly—do something about them. We bring together powerful speakers, engaging panelists, and local exhibitors, to partake in meaningful group conversations, and yes…. We provide FREE FOOD because fellowship in and with Community matters too.
This isn’t just an event you attend. It’s a movement you join. We’re inviting Community members, partners, and exhibitors to be part of the solution to addressing the significant health disparity gaps in the Black Community. Make sure to sign up to participate in the Tackling Menthol in the Black Community Coalition, stay connected, and become a pillar for change in the Community.
When we’re informed, connected, and organized, we don’t just survive. We thrive.
Make sure to Register to attend the CBHC Annual Community Spring Forum 2026. We’d love to see you there!
