CBHC Committee Opportunities

The Colorado Black Health Collaborative is currently organized into committees, each serving it’s own function while working toward a common goal. That goal is to improve health and wellness in Colorado’s Black, African, and African American communities through collaborations and partnerships with community based organizations, non-profits, public organizations, private entities and government agencies.

CBHC received a financial award for cardiovascular disease prevention/reduction in Colorado’s Black community.
