This unique and special workshop is an invitation only event for 65 African-American women!
The objective is to create a safe, nurturing environment of sisterhood and support that allows each individual to thrive internally via individual and group process. Participants are introduced to the concept of mental, emotional, nutritional and physical fitness coaching and the power of group dynamics and how it used to obtain goals, dreams, optimal health and well-being.
Tickets are $65 per participant and MUST be purchased in advance.
